The data collected in this form will be processed by Vieira de Almeida & Associados – Sociedade de Advogados e Consultores SP RL (VdA) as the data controller.

The information provided will be processed, upon your submission of this form, for the purposes of your registration in the Alumni network and, subject to your consent, for the purposes of the sending of communications by VdA to Alumni.

With your consent, VdA may also process your image and voice, when captured in photographs and videos taken at events attended by you at our office, for the purpose of publicising the events organised.

Your data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the intended purposes, namely, for as long as you remain interested in receiving our communications.

VdA uses subcontractors for the purposes mentioned above, always ensuring the confidentiality and security of the personal data you have provided to us.

In accordance with the applicable legislation, you may, at any time, request access to your personal data, as well as its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, request the portability of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing privacy@vda.pt.

You may also, via the same means, withdraw your consent to the processing of your data for the purposes indicated, without this, however, invalidating the processing carried out up to that date based on your previous consent. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) or another competent supervisory authority, in accordance with the law, if you consider that
